What is Body Pulsing?
Body Pulsing is a powerful way to self discovery and growth. It's a wonderful, deep energetic technique of bodywork therapy that helps to re-integrate the whole self.
I use subtle rhythmic movements in Body Pulsing, working directly on blockages held within the body. These blockages create imbalances which can manifest as stress, tension, physical aches and other disorders. By gently stretching, shaking, and rocking the body, vibrational harmony is restored.
The techniques I apply get down to a cellular level, signalling muscles and other tissues to 'let go', gently encouraging a deeper relaxation. Body Pulsing also works with the lymphatic and respiratory systems to stimulate energy flows and identify energy blocks. Body Pulsing takes you on an inner journey by exploring emotions, past traumas, old patterns and beliefs that have become stuck, resulting in blockages. Treating physical problems through this form of therapy is a holistic approach that encourages mind and body to intimately connect. |

Origins of Body Pulsing
This very nurturing and gentle form of bodywork has its origins in Holistic Pulsing Body Therapy. It was developed in New Zealand by a woman named Tovi Browning in the 1980's. Tovi is an Israeli-born, trained naturopath and osteopath who studied in the UK. Her therapy extends far beyond the physical realigning to the natural connection within the whole being.
